    From the moment we arrived, the friendly reception team and impeccable service made our stay delightful. Each morning, the breakfast spread was a feast, thoughtfully prepared by talented chefs. Housekeeping was prompt, ensuring our Junior Suite always sparkled. A memorable moment was when the staff noticed my wife loved a particular drink, stocking our fridge with her favorite daily.

    While our overall experience was fantastic, we did find the outdoor pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing. We hoped to relax by the water but understood it may be seasonal maintenance.

    The warm welcome from Mr Ibrahim made me feel right at home, and the romantic dinner reservation arranged by Mr Nabil was a lovely touch. I really enjoyed the spa and outdoor pool for some relaxation. The only thing I noticed was a bit of noise in the morning from outside, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

    I had a delightful stay with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially during my mealtime. The main restaurant offered a stunning view of the sea, enhancing the dining experience and making every meal feel special.

    Unfortunately, I did notice that the outdoor pool was closed during my visit, which was a bit disappointing.

    I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Alex Avenue Hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with gorgeous panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast was out of this world, featuring a wide array of wholesome food and drinks, far exceeding most upscale hotels. The friendly staff, especially Anwar and Hussam, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, making it a top choice for my next visit.

    Some rooms can experience noise from events at the disco.

    i had an amazing stay at sunrise alex avenue! after visiting other luxury hotels in the city, this one truly exceeded my expectations. the highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was prepared by high-class chefs and serviced excellently by the staff.

    the outdoor pool was closed in february.
